SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE EXPLANATION OF KUNDALINI AWAKENING THROUGH MEDITATION
Kundalini is a dormant spiritual energy believed to be coiled at the base of your spine (muladhara chakra). When it “awakens,” it rises up through the central channel (sushumna) along the spine, passing through the 7 main chakras, and reaches the crown (sahasrara).
When this happens, people often experience intense energy, bliss, deep insight, expanded consciousness, and sometimes strong physical/emotional releases.
Safe & Effective Way to Awaken It Through Meditation (Basic Practice)
Sit comfortably with a straight spine (cross-legged or on a chair).
Close your eyes and take 10 slow, deep breaths to relax.
Bring awareness to the base of the spine (perineum area). Imagine a coiled red serpent or a ball of warm energy there.With each inhale, silently repeat “I am awakening my inner energy.” With each exhale, feel that area getting warmer and brighter. Now visualize or feel a thin stream of golden-white light or warm energy slowly rising from the base of the spine up toward the navel… then heart… throat… between eyebrows… and finally the top of the head.
If you feel tingling, heat, crying, shaking, or bliss — don’t resist. Just observe and let it flow.
Spend 10–30 minutes daily. End by placing both palms on the heart and saying “Thank you” inside.
